A boutique community with uncommon values

I

f the recession has shown us anything, it's that the days of unsustainable property values, showy excess and wishful thinking are best behind us. Which makes the timing of Sisters Cove particularly special. Sisters Cove has the longest coastline of undeveloped land on Lake Norman. That makes it a special opportunity for a special community and to learn from the missteps of earlier developments. On the water, we are the destination rather than a coastline that people cruise past. So it's uniquely quiet in Sisters Cove.

Sisters Cove is a small lakeside village that has, at its heart, a simplicity and beauty. Our village encircles a quiet cove, a finger of water, on three sides. The cove is our village common and residents share it as if it were a Savannah garden square or an English park. Our architecture is hand-tailored to our topography and homes are jewel boxes of fine design. Homes complement each other with harmony and grace–from the water and from the land. Open floor plans and generous outdoor spaces bring the lake indoors. Community amenities reflect a desire for natural connection with friendly neighbors and nature.
