Lake Norman

The special nature of our lakeside village

ince 1962, Lake Norman has redefined recreation in the Charlotte area. It's the largest lake in the North Carolina and offers long cruises and plenty of places to explore as it crosses four counties. It is the perfect way to decompress after a hard day in the city. Sisters Cove, at exit 36 on Route 77, is closest point on Lake Norman to Charlotte.

Over the last four decades, Lake Norman has seen every manner of development from fishing camps to formal golf communities. Sisters Cove has the longest coastline of undeveloped land on Lake Norman. That makes it a unique opportunity for a special community and to learn from the past excesses of earlier developments. The land encircles a small cove, a finger of water, on three sides. Our waters are shared by all residents and every home in this boutique community has a water view.
